For our projects within the Apple Developer Academy program worldwide, imaginary institute is looking for highly motivated and diverse talent to join the team.
Candidates are required to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and flexible environment and collaborate within our international and trans-disciplinary team that creates and facilitates the learning experience of the Apple Developer Academy Program and associated Apple Foundation Programs based on the Challenge Based Learning framework across multiple locations in the world. The position requires general experience education, coaching or corporate training and ideally some exposure to the field of app development for iOS, visionOS, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS or MacOS and knowledge of the Apple technology ecosystem. Ideal candidates provide extensive experience in mentoring individuals and groups, coaching professionals and teams with diverse backgrounds. The candidate will be involved in creating training materials, documentation and instructional information based on the Challenge Based Learning framework, embedded in pedagogical principles and techniques derived from learning or cognitive sciences. In addition the candidate will be involved in remote and in person training interventions with diverse pedagogical teams across to world to consult, guide and support team efforts towards delivering world class learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
Creating training materials and conducting train the trainer activities
Providing pedagogical consulting for the implementation of the Challenge Based Learning framework
Developing pedagogical documentation, frameworks and toolkits
Developing and maintaining training materials for educator onboarding
Providing pedagogical guidance and support for trainers in their educational programs
Providing pedagogical consultancy on curriculum design, learning experience design
Developing insights based on systematic data collection within educational programs
Reviewing learning experience design and curriculum development across programs
Providing constructive feedback on educators course design proposals, data and insights
Executing daily operational tasks as required by the company
Sharing personal experience and expertise with others
Working independently with clearly defined deliverables
Collaborating cross-functionally with other team members
Key qualifications:
Extensive experience in the field of education, training, coaching or lifelong learning
Knowledge in curriculum design, faculty engagement and training program development
Extensive experience with the Challenge Based Learning framework for learning or similar approaches
Knowledge of design and implementation strategies for professional certification program
Experience in managing professional learning and development programs for organizations
Exposure to the filed of app development for the Apple technology ecosystem
3+ year of job experience or formal training (e.g. university, training etc.)
Professional or personal experience in collaborating with diverse groups of people
Ability to work in a highly-dynamic environment and collaborate as a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Proficiency in English (C1 or C2)
BS/BA or equivalent degree required, MS/MA preferred
Institutional certification as accredited trainer or coach preferred
Former industry experience as an educator, trainer or coach strongly preferred
Experience in editorial writing content is a plus
Additional Information:
The collaboration is intended to start as soon as possible as requires the freelancer to collaborate as an independent professional on invoice basis. The position requires on-site presence at the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy in Napoli, Italy, and the ability to work within Italy (EU citizenship or working permit required). The collaboration may involve international travel.
