For our project at the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy, the imaginary institute is looking for highly motivated and diverse talent to join the team.
Candidates are required to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and flexible environment and collaborate within our international and trans-disciplinary team that creates and facilitates the learning experience the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy and associated Apple Foundation Programs based on the Challenge Based Learning framework. The position requires general exposure to the Apple technology ecosystem and the App Store Economy. Ideal candidates also provide experience in administrative office management, organization, and accounting. As an integral part of the team, the candidate is expected to support the operative facilitation of the learning experiences and other services we provide as well as the day-to-day administration within the company.
Requirements:
Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
Compiling reports, overviews, documentation, or presentations
Organizing corporate travel arrangements, meetings, or events
Supporting the company management with data entry for accounting
Executing daily operational tasks as required by the leadership team
Sharing personal experience and expertise with others
Working independently with clearly defined deliverables
Collaborating cross-functionally with other team members
Key qualifications:
Knowledge of administrative processes and reporting structures
Experience in organization and creative problem solving
Experience in writing professional or administrative correspondence
Experience in managing corporate travel and expenses
Confidence to handle confidential information
Deep Knowledge of office tools (Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Microsoft Excel)
1+ year of job experience or formal training in project management or office administration
Professional or personal experience in collaborating with diverse groups of people
Ability to work in a highly-dynamic environment and collaborate as a team player
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Proficiency in English (C1 or C2)BS or equivalent degree desired, but not required
Additional Information:
The role is a temporary full-time position and is to be filled as soon as possible. The position requires on-site presence at the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy in Napoli, Italy, and the ability to work within Italy (EU citizenship or working permit required).
